So I finally got over my writers block and now I don’t have enough time to blog lol. I started working at the end of October and I am getting a lot more hours then I originally thought I would. I am working 4-5 days a week overnights and the coming home to homeschool and get some sleep. It proving to be quite a balancing act but I’m pretty sure we will get it all organized and back on track soon.
Work has been tough when it comes to eating. Since I haven’t told my co workers about my weight loss surgery they seem to be constantly trying to feed me food. I have been packing my lunch with some delicious foods which my co workers have named the grown up lunchable lol. I’ve been packing proscuitto, cheese and wheat thins with some fruit and a protein bar. Most nights I’m only eating my “lunchable” and drinking at my two fifteen minute breaks. My weight loss has slowed down quite a lot recently but I think it’s due to adjusting to me sleeping and eating at weird hours.
Now my workouts have pretty much been non existant which I am going to need to fix but I do lift tons of boxes and stock the shelves while at work for 8 hours so I guess I am doing some exercise just not the type I’m use to.
Tomorrow I’m planning on getting in the kitchen to get ready for the week and staying on track. No more grown up “lunchables” for me. I will be making some quinoa and vegetable stir fry. I’ll post some pics on my facebook page after it’s made.
